Yes — MovingDay.Club is completely free for renters. Browse, search, and contact as many listings as you like, with no fees, subscriptions, or paywalls.
Do I need an account to browse or contact a listing?
No account needed. You can browse and search every listing freely, and reaching out about a home takes just a couple of taps — no sign-up wall.
What kinds of homes can I find?
Apartments, condos, townhouses, and houses for rent, gathered from property managers and landlords across Canada.
Can MovingDay help me find a place?
Absolutely. Tell us what you're after on our contact page and our team — with a little AI on the side — will help you narrow down neighbourhoods, budgets and homes that fit.
Can I filter by city, price, or home type?
Yes. You can narrow listings down to the city, price range and type of home you're looking for, so you only see places that actually fit.
Listings & availability
How often are listings updated?
In real time. New homes and availability changes appear as soon as property managers post them, so you're always looking at current listings — never stale ones.
Are the listings real and currently available?
Yes. Listings come from trusted property managers with real availability and honest pricing — no bait listings, no ghost homes.
Where does MovingDay.Club have rentals?
Across Canada — from major cities like Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa and Montréal to smaller towns, wherever our partner property managers list homes.
Why did a listing disappear?
Most likely it was rented or taken off the market. Because listings update in real time, homes drop off as soon as they're no longer available — which is a good thing for you.
Privacy & trust
Will my information be sold?
Never. We do not sell your personal information. The only time your details are shared is when you choose to enquire about a home, and they go straight to that property manager.
Who sees my enquiry?
Only the property manager for the home you reached out about. Your enquiry isn't broadcast to advertisers or third parties.

Yes. MovingDay.Club is built by the team behind QuickCasa, the leasing platform many Canadian property managers already use to run their rentals.

If you already use QuickCasa, your eligible listings can flow through automatically. Not on QuickCasa yet? Get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
How do renter leads reach me?
Directly. When a renter enquires about one of your homes, that lead comes straight to you — real, interested renters, not noise.
